Technical Assistance

Technical Assistance for the National Do Not Call List (DNCL) is available via e-mail Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding statutory holidays. During operational hours, we will respond to requests for assistance within two hours of receiving your e-mail. Otherwise, we will respond within two hours of the start of normal business hours.

We provide assistance only to Telemarketers registered or who wish to register on the National DNCL Web site. We do not provide assistance to consumers or those with questions concerning the National DNCL. We can provide only technical assistance and cannot answer any legal or policy questions related to the National DNCL. Legal or policy questions should be directed to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
